My Photography Services in a Nutshell

Well well, the year is inevitably drawing to a close. Most of my blog readers know that I am a photographer and videographer from Oulu, but as a quick refresher, I've put together a brief overview of the photography services I offer. You can find more information by clicking the title of each photography service, which will take you to a more detailed description.

Who knows, perhaps while reading the list you might think — that's exactly what we need in January ;)

1. Brand Photography

Who for: Companies that want visual photographs in line with their brand.

Pricing: Project-based, depending on the scope and method of execution. Brand photography usually requires planning meetings, incorporating the company's brand into the shoot (colours, style, etc.), potentially booking locations and versatile editing. Because the goal is to build a comprehensive visual story about the company, the number of working hours is considerably higher than in a standard shoot.

Benefit to the client: High-quality brand images set a company apart from competitors and bring out its personality.

2. Staff Photography

Who for: Companies that want to present their staff on their website and in brochures.

Pricing: Based on shooting time, number of people, location and the number of selected images. Photographing a single person is more expensive per head compared to photographing several people in the same session.

Benefit to the client: Consistent and professional staff photos build credibility and strengthen the company's brand.

3. Portrait Photography

Who for: Experts and sole traders who need high-quality profile photos.

Pricing: Based on shooting time and number of images. Makeup and hair styling can also be ordered as an additional service.

Benefit to the client: A good portrait creates a memorable first impression.

4. Product Photography

Who for: Product manufacturers and online stores that want to showcase their products with quality.

Pricing: Based on the number and complexity of products. Product photography is often more expensive per image than, for example, portrait photography, because it requires more precise lighting and careful editing, often including clipping — removing the image background — for complex products. Each product must be photographed separately from different angles, and even the smallest flaws in the image can affect a customer's purchasing decision.

Benefit to the client: Attractive product images improve sales and reduce returns.

5. Event Photography

Who for: Companies and individuals who want to capture the atmosphere of their events.

Pricing: Primarily based on shooting time and the scale of the event.

Benefit to the client: Event photos provide memories and post-event marketing material, including content for promoting the next event.

6. Editorial Photography

Who for: Corporate and organisational stakeholder magazines and other publications that need professional-level imagery.

Pricing: Based on shooting time and number of images.

Benefit to the client: Visually strong images support the story and capture readers' interest.

7. Reference Photography

Who for: Companies that want to showcase the projects they have delivered.

Pricing: Based on shooting time and number of images.

Benefit to the client: Good reference images serve as sales materials and support client acquisition.

8. Aerial Photography

Who for: Construction and various industrial sector companies, as well as event organisers.

Pricing: Based on shooting time, location and number of images.

Benefit to the client: Images taken from the air offer a unique perspective for presenting a construction site or project, for example.

9. CV Photography

Who for: Private job seekers who want high-quality photos for job applications and LinkedIn, among others.

Pricing: Based on shooting time and number of images.

Benefit to the client: A professional CV photo gives a trustworthy and convincing first impression.

All of the photography services listed above can be tailored to the client's needs.
