Videography Oulu for Companies
Video production in Oulu for corporate videos, case study videos, and marketing. Clear production, a strong visual style, and videos that support sales.
A corporate video is an elevator pitch your customer can watch whenever it suits them. It says in a minute what would take three paragraphs of website copy.
Video production here is one person’s work: script, filming with professional equipment, editing, colour grading, sound and subtitles. The same person sits in the planning meeting and stands behind the camera, so the message does not change on the way.
The finished video works on your website, on social media, in sales presentations and at trade fairs. The same footage also yields short vertical cuts for social channels without another shooting day.
What's included
Service types
Corporate videos
A corporate video says who you are and what you do. It fits the front page, social channels and the opening of a sales meeting.
Case study videos
A satisfied customer describes your work more credibly than you can. A case study video is filmed at the customer’s site and usually runs a minute or two.
Recruitment videos
A recruitment video shows an applicant the workplace as it is: the premises, the colleagues, the shape of a day. It filters out the wrong applications and draws the right ones.
Promotional videos
A promotional video is made for one campaign and cut to the channel: a long version for the website, short vertical cuts for social.
Product videos
A product video shows proportions, material and use in a way photographs cannot. In a web shop it cuts returns and support enquiries.
Annual report videos
An annual report video gathers the year’s figures and events into something the board and the staff will watch to the end.
Tutorial and training videos
A tutorial video answers the same question once and for good. Filmed with proper equipment, the audio carries and the details are visible.

Frequently asked questions about video production
What does a corporate video cost?
The price follows the length of the video, the number of shooting days and locations, and how much post-production it takes. The price section on this page shows what productions of different sizes include, and you get an exact figure once you tell me what the video is for. The first conversation and the quote cost nothing.
- Length: A longer video takes more filming time and more editing than a short one.
- Days and locations: Several locations or a second shooting day raise the price compared with one location.
- Post-production: Editing, colour grading, sound work and subtitles are part of the job, and how much each takes varies by video.
- Travel: Outside Oulu, travel and accommodation costs are added to the price.
Who writes the script?
I write the script. It comes out of the first conversation, where we go through who the video speaks to, what it needs to achieve and where we film. You don't need to hand over finished text, but the more you tell me about the audience, the better the video fits it.
- Before the shoot: We go through the message, the audience and the locations, and you get preparation instructions before the shooting day.
- On the shooting day: The schedule is built so filming doesn't interrupt normal work, and in industrial settings we cover safety in advance.
- After the shoot: Editing, colour grading, sound work and subtitles are part of the production.
In what format and when is the finished video delivered?
The finished video arrives as a download link, an MP4 file in Full HD or 4K depending on where you use it. We agree the schedule when I quote the job, because editing time follows the amount of material. If the video is tied to a date, say so early and we can agree on a faster turnaround.
Can the video and the photos be shot on the same day?
Yes, and it is often the sensible way to do both. Shot on the same day, the video and the stills keep a consistent look, and your team spends less time away from work than on two separate days. Say so while we scope the job, so the day's schedule makes room for both.
- One consistent look: The video and the photos come from the same light and the same spaces.
- Fewer interruptions: Your team steps away from work once instead of twice.
- Photo delivery: Edited photos are typically delivered within a week of the shoot.
Can the video include drone footage?
Yes, and when it is agreed in advance the aerial footage is shot during the same visit. I hold the EASA and Traficom drone pilot qualifications A1/A3 and A2, and I take care of the permits. Aerial shots work well for industrial sites, construction sites, properties and events.
- Permits: I get the permits the location requires in place before we film.
- Backup day: Outdoor and drone shoots get a backup day, because neither safety nor image quality gives way to the weather.
Who owns the finished video, and how can you use it?
Under Finnish law the copyright stays with me, and you get a licence to use the video in your own marketing and communications: website, social media, brochures, trade fairs and recruitment. The licence runs indefinitely and worldwide. It is not transferable to a third party, and reselling it or transferring the rights needs a separate agreement.
- Not exclusive: The licence is not exclusive, and I can show the finished work in my own portfolio.
- Paid print advertising: Paid print advertising is agreed separately.
- Editorial use: In editorial use the credit line next to the video is Kuva: Petteri Löppönen.
