Consultation — We start with a brief conversation to understand your business, audience and how the images will be used. This step is free and comes with no obligations.
Planning — I create a shot list covering subjects, scheduling and any preparations needed. You'll have a clear picture of what to expect on the day of the shoot.
Shoot day — I direct the entire session from start to finish. My approach is calm and efficient — the shoot fits around your working day without disruption.
Post-production and delivery — I professionally edit the images and deliver them in the agreed format. You receive ready-to-use photos for your website, social media and marketing materials.

Monthly Content Partner is a monthly content service for companies that need a steady stream of new photos and short video clips for marketing, websites, LinkedIn, recruitment, and communications. Instead of arranging each shoot separately, content is produced systematically as part of an ongoing collaboration. The service is built for companies that want to keep their communications and visibility up to date without having to order each shoot separately. Once your operations, people, and environment are familiar, shoots become faster to execute and the resulting material stays visually consistent throughout the year. INCLUDED: 2–3 shoots per month based on your company's needs ongoing content planning and shoot preparation photos and short video clips for agreed uses The scope of the monthly partnership depends on shoot frequency, number of people, locations, and the material produced. Frequently asked questions about corporate photography
What does corporate photography cost?
The price of a corporate shoot comes from the length of the shoot day, how many spaces and people are photographed, and how many finished images you order. The price section on this page shows the starting points, and you get an exact figure in a quote once we have gone through the scope. The planning conversation and the quote are free.
- Scope: How long the shoot day runs and how many subjects fit into it.
- Number of images: The number of finished images is agreed in the planning conversation.
- Location: Outside Oulu, travel and accommodation costs are added to the price.
- Heavy retouching: More demanding work such as replacing a background affects the price.
What can I use the photos for?
You get the photos for your company's own marketing and communications: website, social media, brochures, trade fairs and recruitment. Under Finnish copyright law the copyright stays with me as the photographer, so what you get is a licence to use the photos, not the copyright itself.
- Term and territory: The licence runs indefinitely and worldwide, and it is not exclusive.
- Transfer by agreement: The licence is not transferable to a third party, and reselling or transferring rights needs a separate agreement.
- Print advertising: Paid print advertising is agreed separately.
- Credit and portfolio: Editorial use carries the credit Kuva: Petteri Löppönen, and I also show the images in my own portfolio.
When do I get the photos?
Edited photos arrive as a download link, usually within a week of the shoot day. If you need a particular image sooner, say for a press release, tell me in advance and we will agree on faster delivery.
- File formats: Photos come as JPEG in both a web-optimised sRGB version and a high-resolution AdobeRGB version.
- Editing: Colour correction, highlight and shadow adjustment and finishing are included in the price.
- Video: Video is delivered as MP4 in Full HD or 4K. Its schedule is agreed at the quote stage, because editing time follows how much material there is.
Will the shoot day disrupt normal work?
No, not when the schedule is planned together beforehand. I move around the premises without drawing attention and shoot around the work, and when staff portraits are part of the day, each person is given about 10 to 15 minutes. You get preparation instructions before the shoot day.
- Running order: Who gets photographed and at what time is agreed before the shoot day.
- Tidying the spaces: Tell me in advance which spaces we cover, so you have time to move confidential papers and unfinished work out of the frame.
- Photo and video: If video is part of the day, it is filmed on the same visit, so no separate shooting day is needed.
How many photos do I get from a corporate shoot?
A broad corporate shoot produces anywhere from tens to hundreds of edited photos. The number follows how many spaces, teams and work situations fit into a single day, and when staff portraits are part of it, that is one to three photos per person. The exact number is agreed in the planning conversation.
