In June there wasAEC Top of the World Arctic Broadband Summitheld in Oulu, Finland. The TOW Summit was organized by the AEC together with the City of Oulu. I photographed on wednesday the event, which was held inUusi Seurahuone. Here is glimpse from the photos.
