Personal Images for a Creative Entrepreneur's New Website

In May, I had the pleasure of photographing portraits of the wonderful Martta Tervonen for her new website. Visit Martta and her website HERE.

Martta wanted something a little different from the usual portraits — not the traditional ones taken against a white background, but rather with a darker backdrop and a slightly more artistic feel. I shot with fairly contrasty lighting and added texture and a Buddha image to the background of a few photos.

The shoot was relaxed and I also got to make friends with Martta's dog Seppo. Seppo turned out to be an enthusiastic model and occasionally assisted the photographer from the sidelines :)
