Joyful atmosphere in Oulu for the Rotuaariralli event

Last Friday 4.5.2018 not even sleet could hold back the cheerful and colorful crowd that had gatheredRotuaarirallifor the start in front of the Rotuaari stage. The happy group warmed up before the competition began, led by DJ Suwi and Neiti Virtapiikki among others. The competitors scattered around the city center to different checkpoints.
