Showcase Video for Skanska Kodit — The Stunning A92 Apartment at Plaanatorni, Oulu

I produced a showcase video for Skanska Kodit featuring the stunning A92 apartment at Plaanatorni in Oulu. In the video, interior designer Niina Ahola presents this luxurious four-bedroom end unit and discusses the material choices she made for the apartment.

Short-form videos for social media from the same footage

Skanska Kodit also wanted short-form videos from the same footage for use on social media. I edited two short videos from the material — one featuring the spectacular views from the apartment and the other showcasing the lounge and sauna facilities.

Photography in line with the Skanska Kodit brand

On the same shoot day, I also photographed the apartment following the Skanska Kodit brand guidelines — primarily visual details of materials and the apartment's finishes, views from the apartment, and a selection of portraits of interior designer Niina Ahola.
